KUCHING: Architects must design with empathy to ensure their buildings are accessible to everyone in society, including persons with disabilities (OKU), says Senator Datuk Ras Adiba Radzi (pic).
The OKU Sentral president said there were seven categories of OKU, which include hearing, visual and physical disabilities, that should be taken into consideration when designing any public place or building.
