JOHOR BARU: A Larkin voter has lodged a police report against one of the candidates vying for the state seat for allegedly having a high-tea session with voters to gain support.
Contractor Muhammad Syafiz Zainol said he decided to lodge a police report against PKR candidate Dr Zamil Najwah Arbain as he viewed the act as an offence under the Election Offences Act.
