PETALING JAYA: The Health Ministry is waiting for the forensic report of a 13-year-old boy who is said to have died weeks after receiving a dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.
"At the moment, the state Health Department is working closely with the clinicians and a forensic team in the investigation. I have yet to receive the full forensic and pathology reports," said Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah in a Twitter post on Monday (Feb 21).
