New Covid-19 cases continue to rise


KUALA LUMPUR: The number of new Covid-19 cases continued to rise with 22,802, bringing the cumulative infections to 3,019,163.

Bernama reported that Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, in a social media post, said 99.54% or 22,698 cases were in Categories 1 and 2 while the remaining 104 cases or 0.46% were in Categories 3, 4 and 5.
