Jobless man arrested with homemade shotgun

KOTA KINABALU: Police arrested a man found keeping a homemade shotgun, commonly called a bakakuk, during a raid at his house in Sabah's south-western Beaufort district about 100km from here.

The 46-year-old unemployed man was arrested by the Beaufort district police Criminal Investigation Department (CID) during an operation in Kampung Kebatang in the Klias area at about 6pm on Sunday (Jan 30).
