People want to see things done, says Perak MB

BATU GAJAH: The people only want to see things get done, says Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad (pic).

Speaking after getting praise from opposition assemblymen after attending a function organised by Aulong assemblyman Nga Kor Ming in Taiping recently, Saarani said that he will be fair to all as best as he can.

We want people to see that we walk the talk, there is no more rhetoric. I hope the people can judge my leadership and that of Barisan Nasional," he said at a press conference after visiting the Spanish Gardens by the Water project here on Wednesday (Jan 26).

Saarani had been lauded by state Opposition leader Dr Abdul Aziz Bari for attending the opening of the Aulong Sports Arena in Taiping last Saturday.

On Perak Barisan's role in the Johor state election, Saarani said he has yet to receive any official tasks from the party leadership.

"In Melaka, we were tasked to oversee two state constituencies. There are no details yet (for the Johor state election)," he said.
