Mall-goers nab 'upskirt' photographer, hand him over to the police


BALIK PULAU: Police have detained a man after he was suspected of taking pictures of women's underwear using his mobile phone at Queensbay Mall, Penang.

Balik Pulau OCPD Superintendent Kamarul Rizal Jenal said the suspect, in his 20s, was caught in the act by the public and was handed over to the police on Monday (Jan 10).
