Cash aid: The government is trying to help the people, says Dr Wee.

PETALING JAYA: A number of aid initiatives are being offered by the government to help flood victims get back on their feet, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

He said he welcomed the Prime Minister’s move to increase the Bantuan Wang Ihsan (BWI) payment for flood victims from RM500 to RM1,000 per household.
