KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah went out to observe the flood situation in the capital on Saturday (Dec 18) night.

Pictures of His Majesty wading through floodwaters near the World Trade Center (WTC) here were shared via a post on Istana Negara’s Facebook page.
