KOTA BHARU: Residents in Kelantan need to follow all instructions and guidelines issued by authorities if they are ordered to evacuate from their residences during floods.
Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Yakob said residents in the state must not take things lightly to avoid unwanted incidents from occurring.
