Flash floods hit five states following downpour, parts of Selangor worst affected

JOHOR BARU: Torrential rainfall in the last 24 hours has led to widespread flooding in at least five states in the peninsula.

Fire and Rescue department assistant director-general (operations) Datuk Nor Hisham Mohammad said that among the states affected were Selangor, Melaka, Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang.
