GEORGE TOWN: Thirty-eight locals and 15 foreigners were issued with compound notices for breaching standard operating procedures (SOP) at a pub in Jalan Dr Lim Chwee Leong here on Friday (Nov 19).
According to the Bukit Aman Integrity and Standard Compliance Department (JIPS), the individuals - aged 20 to 54 - were nabbed in a raid around 10.30pm.
