KUALA LUMPUR: Budget 2022 was passed at the policy stage by the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (Nov 18).
It was passed via a voice vote after a tense moment when several Warisan Opposition members had called for a bloc vote.
However, Speaker Tan Sri Azhar Azizan Harun said there were insufficient number of MPs required for a bloc vote to be held.
A total of 15 MPs are required to call for a bloc vote.
