Rosmah’s application to recuse judge to be heard on Dec 14


KUALA LUMPUR: An application by Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor to recuse a judge from presiding over her RM7mil money laundering and tax evasion case will be heard on Dec 14.

Lawyer Datuk Geethan Ram Vincent, who is representing Rosmah, confirmed that the date was fixed during case management before deputy registrar Catherine Nicholas at the High Court here yesterday.
