KUALA LUMPUR: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has congratulated his predecessor Tan Sri Liow Tiong Lai who was conferred the Darjah Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM).
"Congratulations to the former MCA president and transport minister who was conferred the PSM which carries the title Tan Sri by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in conjunction with his official birthday this year," he said in a post on his Facebook page on Saturday (Nov 13).
