ASAHAN: The Asahan state seat where former chief minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron will contest at is shaping up to be a six-cornered fight.

First to arrive to file his candidacy for the Asahan state seat was 50-year-old Independent candidate Mohd Akir Ayob at 8.10am, followed by Idris at 8.33am
