RM22,000 in compound notices issued after not fully vaxxed people found dining in restaurant


GEORGE TOWN: Police here issued RM2,000 compound notices to six people and a RM10,000 compound notice to a restaurant owner after customers were found dining-in despite not being fully vaccinated.

George Town OCPD Asst Comm Soffian Santong said the individuals were caught around 10.50pm at the bistro and restaurant along Magazine Road here on Friday (Oct 15).
