Court of Appeal dismisses Deepak's bid to reinstate suit against Najib, Rosmah and Azeez Rahim

PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): Carpet Raya Sdn Bhd director J. R. Deepak Jaikishan and two others on Monday (Sept 20) failed to reinstate their suit against former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, and Baling MP Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim over taxes incurred for allegedly acting as proxies for the couple.

This was after the Court of Appeal dismissed their appeal to quash the High Court's decision in allowing an application by Najib, Rosmah and Abdul Azeez to strike out the suit.
