Visitors to Langkawi do not need to take Covid-19 tests, says Tourism Minister


PETALING JAYA (Bernama): Visitors to Langkawi do not need to take Covid-19 tests before heading to the island when it reopens on Thursday, says Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri.

The Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister also said private vehicles would not be allowed on the island and visitors were encouraged to use travel agencies instead.

Nancy is expected to visit the island resort on Wednesday (Sept 15) to monitor preparations for the reopening. - Bernama
