Dr Wee: All driving institutes to open from Sept 9, exams to start on Sept 17

PETALING JAYA: All driving institutes (ILP) will be permitted to operate from Thursday (Sept 9) nationwide by appointment, says Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.

The Transport Minister said the operation must be done in compliance with guidelines from the National Security Council (NSC).
