PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob's appointment as the ninth Prime Minister was in accordance with the Constitution and does not need validation, says Tan Sri Idrus Harun.
The Attorney General said that if Ismail Sabri’s appointment still required the validation of any party other than the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, this meant that the King’s absolute power could be overridden by other parties.
