Air Selangor: Water supply in five areas in Selangor fully restored

PETALING JAYA: Water supply in five areas in Selangor have been restored, following an earlier unscheduled disruption, says Air Selangor.

Its corporate communications head Elina Baseri said all 463 areas in Petaling, Hulu Langat, Sepang, Kuala Langat and Putrajaya have seen their water supply fully restored at 6am on Thursday (Sept 2).

“Air Selangor would like to thank all users for their patience and cooperation given during this period of unscheduled water disruption,” she said in a press statement.

She said that consumers in Selangor can seek further information about water disruptions through its Air Selangor app, social media platforms, or visit the Air Selangor website at www.airselangor.com.

Water supply in 463 areas in five Air Selangor regions experienced water disruption.

This was due to odour pollution detected at the water intake in Jenderam Hilir.
