PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia’s Covid-19 death toll has now reached 12,784 after 274 more people died from the disease.
In his daily Covid-19 statement on Monday (Aug 16), Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said of the total fatalities, 211 of them were Malaysians, while 63 were foreigners.
