Covid-19: Close contacts continue to contribute to high case numbers in Sabah


KOTA KINABALU: A total of 1,063 or 61% of the 1,752 new Covid-19 cases recorded in Sabah on Saturday (Aug 14) are close contacts of existing cases, says Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.

The state's Covid-19 spokesperson also said that 31% or 538 of the new cases were recorded from symptomatic screenings.
