ALOR SETAR: Police have opened an investigation paper on the alleged sale of fake digital vaccination certificates as highlighted on social media recently.
Kedah police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said the investigation is being conducted under Section 22(d) of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 (Act 342) and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
