Covid-19: 210 new deaths bring total fatalities to 10,389


PETALING JAYA: A total of 210 people succumbed to Covid-19 in the last 24-hour period, bringing the country's death toll to 10,389, says Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

"So far this year, Malaysia has recorded a total of 9,918 Covid-19 deaths, compared to 471 deaths for the whole of last year," said Dr Noor Hisham in a statement on Saturday (Aug 7).
