National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating minister Khairy Jamaluddin (pic) said the target is for 6.1 million adults in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to have at least one vaccination dose by that date.

As of July 15, 3.5 million adults in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor have had their first doses.

For the operation to succeed, the daily vaccination capacity in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor will be increased from the current 180,000 to 272,000.
