JB businessman charged with impersonating Datuk Seri


JOHOR BARU: A 55-year-old businessman has been charged with displaying an item containing a royal instrument of appointment without permission on his vehicle, giving the impression that he holds a Datuk Seri title.

Mohamad Halmi Waramejini, 55, who lives in Johor Baru, pleaded not guilty to the charge after it was read to him in front of Sessions Court judge Wan Mohd Norisham Wan Yaakob here on Monday (July 12).
