KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Dhaya Maju LTAT Sdn Bhd has withdrawn one of the two suits against the government and Transport Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong over a contract on the Klang Valley Double Tracking Phase 2 (KVDT2) project.
This was disclosed by senior federal counsel Asliza Ali on Monday (June 14) after case management proceedings conducted via Zoom before High Court judge Datuk Aliza Sulaiman and also attended by lawyer Laarnia Rajandran, representing Dhaya Maju LTAT.
