PETALING JAYA: The Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) has dismissed a social media post about the government spending more than it should on procuring vaccines, and lodged a report against the individual for allegedly spreading fake news.
In a statement, CITF explained that the country was buying 73.5 million doses as most of the vaccines followed a two-dose regimen.
