IPOH: Road users on the northbound of Jalan Ampang-Jelapang were caught in a traffic jam for hours due to a flash flood near the slip road into Jalan Kuala Kangsar.
The flood was caused by a downpour that started at about 5pm on Wednesday (May 19).
