KEPALA BATAS: The organiser of an Aidilfitri bazaar at Midtown Perda commercial centre in Kubang Menerong has been fined RM20,000 for failure to comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) on Saturday (May 1) night.
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor (pic) said the compound was issued during an integrated operation led by the district police, state health department, Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) and the Home Ministry that began at about 10pm.
