KOTA KINABALU: Seven individuals who were nabbed for demonstrating outside Kampung Muhibbah in Tawau have been remanded until today.
State Police Commissioner Datuk Hazani Ghazali said they were being investigated for offences under the Emergency Ordinance (Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases 2021), Peaceful Assembly Act, and for disobeying instructions to disperse.
