KOTA KINABALU: A wedding planner was instructed to refund his client’s deposit after the Consumer Claims Tribunal Court deemed his company’s no-refund policy unfair.
The wedding planner, who owns the company, was asked to refund RM6,590 to the client after she had to cancel her wedding plans due to the Covid-19 pandemic last year.
