Warisan wants Sebatik rep to vacate seat following resignation


KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah will invoke a pre-signed resignation letter for Sebatik assemblyman Hassan Amir Gani to vacate the seat after he announced that he was leaving the party to become an Independent.

Warisan president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said the letter would be submitted to State Assembly Speaker Datuk Kadzim Yahya and copied to Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin and the Election Commission.
