PETALING JAYA: Minus the usual open house events and outdoor programmes, the Chinese New Year celebration this year has taken a new twist by going on screen and online.
In celebration of the Lunar New Year, the Tourism, Arts and Culture hosted the Chinese New Year Open House in New Norm 2021 that was streamed live via its Facebook page and on the RTM1 channel.
