Director of govt agency under investigation for sexual assault

KLANG: A 29-year-old government agency employee is alleging that her boss had sexually assaulted her.

The woman has since lodged a police report against her superior, who is the director of the agency, at the Pandamaran police station here.

It is believed that the agency is a Federal Government agency based in Selangor.

The 35-year-old man is accused by the complainant of slapping her and forcing her to perform fellatio on him around 2am on Tuesday (Feb 9).

He had allegedly initially asked her to remove her scarf and massage him after telling her that it was part of her job description to do so.

The man then told her to enter one of the rooms in the office and once there, he ordered her to undress and gratify him.

When she refused to do so, he physically assaulted her and forced her to perform oral sex on him.

When contacted, South Klang OCPD Asst Comm Shamsul Amar Ramli confirmed the incident and said it was being investigated under Section 354 of the Penal Code for assault or use of criminal force to a person with intent to outrage modesty.

"I received the report on Feb 12 at about 10.30am," he said.

The man had been summoned to South Klang police headquarters to help with the investigation and it is not known if he has been detained.
