Covid-19: Sabah to ease SOP on houses of worship from Friday


KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government has announced a relaxation of rules and standard operating procedure (SOP) covering mosques, surau, and houses of worship of other religions from Friday (Feb 12).

State Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said in a statement on Wednesday (Feb 10) that Friday prayers and daily solat prayers at mosques and surau statewide would now be allowed, with SOP in place.
