PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has set new dates, starting April 5, to hear former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s appeal against his conviction and jail sentence for misappropriation of US$10.37mil (RM42mil) in SRC International Sdn Bhd funds.
The 12-day hearing beginning Feb 15 this year, which were fixed on Oct 1 last year, have been vacated.
