PUTRAJAYA: Police have arrested 611 individuals for not following standard operating procedures that are being enforced for the movement control order, with failure to put on face masks at crowded public places being the highest violations.
A total of 145 individuals were caught for this offence, 109 individuals for crossing state and district borders without permission and another 107 people for failing to practice social distancing.
