KOTA KINABALU: Barely 24 hours after a pygmy elephant was found butchered on Thursday, another one of these endangered animals was discovered to have drowned in an oil palm plantation due to floods.
This is the fourth death involving the pygmy elephants in the state three weeks into 2021.
