Transfer of SRC International trial judge to replace retiring judge in another court

KUALA LUMPUR: The transfer of SRC International trial judge Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali out of a criminal court is to replace a retiring judge from a civil court.

In a statement by the Chief Registrar's Office here on Saturday (Jan 23), it confirmed that Justice Nazlan's transfer from Criminal High Court 3 to New Civil Court (NCvC) 2 will be effective March 1.
