Mother charged with murdering newborn denied bail for second time

GEORGE TOWN: The High Court has denied bail for an 18-year-old college student who allegedly tossed her baby out of a 13th-floor apartment unit in July.

M. Santhea, who was charged with the offence, pleaded not guilty to killing her newborn daughter at 8.25am on July 10 at the Sri Ivory Apartment in Bandar Baru, Ayer Itam.
