PETALING JAYA: The government should address the key concerns that led to Malaysia's sovereign credit rating being downgraded by Fitch Ratings, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pic).

The Opposition leader said the downgrade of Malaysia's long-term foreign currency issues default rating (IDR) to BBB+ from A- was the first downgrade since the Asian financial crisis some 20 years ago.
