Lucky escape for girl in road accident


KUALA LUMPUR: An eight-year-old girl was injured after she was flung from a car in an accident at DUKE highway heading to Jalan Tun Razak.

She was in a Toyota Estima driven by her father, who lost control of the vehicle and rammed into a road divider at about 5.40pm on Friday, said Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief Asst Comm Zulkefly Yahya.

“The impact of the collision sent the child out through the car window and she fell down the flyover.
