PETALING JAYA: The standard operating procedures (SOPs) during festive seasons are for everyone to follow and no one should fan racial sentiments because of it, says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Defence Minister said Friday (Nov 13), that the SOPs for the Deepavali celebration were similar to the ones during the previous Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha celebrations.
