Former Umany president to be charged with allegedly disobeying cop

PETALING JAYA: Universiti Malaya Association of New Youth (Umany) ex-president Wong Yan Ke is expected to be charged on Friday (Nov 13) for allegedly disobeying a police officer.

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Fadzil Ahmat said the case involved a male suspect who had prevented a civil servant from carrying out his duties during an investigation involving Umany, was referred to the Attorney General's Chambers on Thursday (Nov 12).
