JOHOR BARU: A shop assistant was fined almost RM37,000 and sentenced to nine years’ jail after pleading guilty to driving dangerously and causing the death of a policeman.
The accused, Mohamad Shafiq Lokman, 25, pleaded guilty to four charges before Magistrates Mohd Zaki Abd Rahman and Nurasidah A. Rahman at two separate courts here Sunday (Nov 8).
