Ex-PAS deputy president granted DNAA


KUALA LUMPUR: Former PAS deputy president Datuk Dr Nasharudin Mat Isa has been granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) on 16 counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving the salary he received as Yayasan Nassar chairman.

Deputy public prosecutor Mohd Zaki Mohd Salleh confirmed a Shah Alam Sessions Court made the order on Sept 22.
