PUTRAJAYA: The Cabinet has convened a special meeting where it is expected to discuss the decision by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to not declare a state of emergency.
Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is expected to chair the meeting, which is scheduled to start at 11.30am on Monday (Oct 26).
